How to contact a seller?

Each storefront on KIINZ is independent. The sellers are independent businesses who construct and design their own inventory and manage their own orders. Each seller is free to make decisions about cancellations, refunds and returns, as long as it is in line with KIINZ’ policies

Contacting a seller through the Chat is the best way to get information about your item, or order, or to resolve any issues you may be facing.

What do I do if the seller cannot help me?

If the seller is unable to help you, then the next step would be to Contact KIINZ Support via email or on our Contact form and we will respond within 48hours.

How will my order be delivered?

As each storefront at KIINZ dispatches orders directly to the customers, shipping options may vary from shop to shop.

The seller will issue the tracking details of your purchase once it is dispatched. You can then feel free to follow up on your delivery directly with the shipping carrier.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the shipping status of your order on KIINZ.com. If the seller includes a tracking number, you will be able to get detailed information about the purchase’ movement through the shipping carrier.

The shipping status can be found to the right of your order. You’ll be able to see the  estimated delivery date provided which would give you an idea of when you can expect your purchase to arrive, and a tracking number if it is available for your order.

How to track my order?

The courier service may vary, as each storefront is in charge of their own delivery. You can view shipping information in the notification emails for your order. Select Track Package in the email notification to review the status of your delivery. 

In the event that the delivery courier does not provide a tracking number, contact the seller directly to receive updates.
